It consists of moving over the water on top of a board with dimensions ranging from 8.0 to 14.0 feet long and 26 to 33 inches wide, and has sufficient volume to support the weight of the user. The Super stands upright on the board<\/strong> and uses a paddle<\/strong> as a means of propulsion. There are two types of SUP, crossing and waves. Tarifa meets the conditions to practice both, long and short journeys can be made along its coastline and the Strait of Gibraltar<\/strong>, with spectacular views of Morocco. In its most surfing version, Tarifa offers spots where you can enjoy SUP<\/strong> riding and catching waves.
